There are only 2 ways to lose weight
1 Take in fewer calories or 2 Burn more calories (exercise)
Calculate how many calories you are eating now and then reduce them by 300 per day but you need to maintain at least 1500 to sustain life. If you are already taking in less than 1500, then you need to increase your exercise- be realistic, it is safe to lose an average of 2 pounds per week- ore than that you are killing cells. Make healthy choices and change your lifestyle habits- don't ever diet!

A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter water.

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

Depends on your current weight. The more you weigh, the more you burn during exercise. The ones who say don't go below 1500 calories obviously have never had to lose weight. I gain weight over 1000 calories a day. My doctor approves of that, as long as I don't go below 900. A pound a day is reasonable at that level. And yes, my doctor also appoves of that.

THE POINT IS HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU WANT TO LOOSE
if it is about few kg/pounds don't compromise on food just grab a cycle and early morning around five when nature is at its best and on commercial pollution and dirty people are out in for half am hour to one hour cycling at constant speed not too slow not too fast
too fast will tear you down for rest of the day and to make it good plug in music and you will enjoy and reduce weight and if you can run thats even better

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Eat all the foods you love and still lose weight. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals so you will not want to overeat. You will be able to think about other things besides food. It really works if used everyday.
