I have been eating a lot of cottage cheese lately and got to wondering if it is possible to eat to much? what are the benefits of it, and how much should someone eat in a day? I do an hour of cardio a day and lift weights, so i know its good to eat for protein, and I usually eat 2 cups of the 2% cottage cheese a day, but am I over doing it?

it has calcium and lots of protein. and you cant even compare it to cheese since cheese has way more fat and is made absolutely differently.
dont eat it too much since it has quite a lot of sodium (look on the package)

yes, although people say cottage is the safest,healthiest, leanest cheese that out, you CAN eat too much of it. hey, its still a cheese!
