here while back i heard that because your abs have continuious blood flow they are one of the few muscles that can be worked everyday...punished was the actual terminology. is this true and if so what other muscles can be treated this way and what are some exercises? i have limited accsess to weights so body weight exercises would be great. thanks for your time.

no..all muscles need at least a full 24 hours between training sessions depending on the intensity of training. once you add in weighted exercises then they may require 48 hours between training sessions. despite popular belief the abdominals need to recover from training just like every other muscle. training them daily won't get you a six pack any sooner if the body fat is not being reduced.

each and each muscle team does choose for it sluggish to sit down down back. that's not discomfort which you may desire to anticipate, even even though it relatively is sturdy to offer them approximately 40 8 hours relax plus the right construction blocks oftentimes occurring as amino acids. The discomfort is probable lactic acid and you may desire to keep your muscular tissues exercising after the rest to get a sparkling blood circulate to get rid of it.

Your core muscles can, that is your abdominals, back and hate handles(nobody loves those things). Also your calves can, these are all slow twitch muscles and are involved in everything you do every day. They are designed to work every day.

Your quads/gluts could be worked out everyday...just don't overdo it (that goes with anything). Your quads and gluts are the largest muscle groups in your body, so they recover pretty quickly.
