Actually it says that if we regard iniquity in our hearts, the Lord will not hear us. I think it is safe to say that we all have iniquity of some sort in our hearts. But if we regard it, hang on to it, and treasure it, then God will not hear our prayers, but if we are willing to confess and forsake it, that is different. It is a process isn't it? Where the Lord continuously reveals more and more of our iniquity - refining us like gold, and scraping off the dross? Perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

i think it also says that to bring tithe with iniquity on your heart is useless.
in other words be true and do not be a hypocrite

To be heard on high you must come in Jesus name and have his Holy spirit in you and then God will listen to your prayer, here is how to get his spirit.
