You cannot tell his wife about this, it's not your place. As a Catholic, i believe you should understand this better than most. I know morally it's hard to deal with, which is why your only true recourse is to find another job. It's the only option i found when i found i was in the situation. I explained to my boss, who asked me to lie, that i would not lie for another under such conditions. I then had to handle a call from his wife. I told her only that he was with someone at the moment. I simply did not say in what capacity. Let him deal with it on his own, i then found another job. The wife would hate you if you were the one to tell her. I am betting she has a clue that it's happening and one of two things is happening here. She's either ignoring it and living through it all with trying to pretend it doesn't' happen. You'd be surprised at the people who chose to live through it all. Or she's getting her stuff together and is waiting for the right opportunity to leave him on her grounds. Either interference from you will be a slap in her face. If she asks you why you left, after you left... simply say this. I was unable to work under certain conditions that were presented to me. If she asks why you are leaving before you have left and found a new postion, simply say that conditions are keeping you from being able to do your job to your full benefit and feel a change must happen. It's enough that if she wants to hear the truth, she will. If she wants to play dumb, she can. Try to stay out of their lives from here on out. It's not healthy for you to be put into this situation and there's little you can do about it. UNLESS, this man is the manager but not the owner. Whereas you could take this to the owner and explain that your boss is unable to perform all his duties as boss while he's performing other duties in his office with strange women that are not clients. Getting him fired won't help the wife out in the least, but you could get a better boss in and be rewarded for finding the cause for lack of production. Right now companies aren't allowing nearly as much as they would have 3 years ago.

It's almost never a good idea to cheat! I would say you should have a talk with Maura, tell her how you feel about her and how you don't want to hurt her husband. If you guys want to be together, then she would have to leave her husband. If she doesn't want to leave, it may just be an infatuation and it'll pass. But if you start having an affair with her, there's a chance your boss will find out, and nothing hurts more than infidelity. So if you care about your boss's feelings, talk to her first.

If you really don't want to hurt him, then you won't cheat with his wife. You know that's not right, and it also creates a weird work environment.
Lmao. Wait a minute, does the real name of this "Maura" happen to be Laura? Can't believe I didn't see that at first, and took the time to seriously answer this. Get real.

You say your boss is a good man and you don't want to hurt him so you should stop talking to his wife and find a woman that isn't married.

Pathetic. You shouldn't cheat period. What if you were in love and your spouse played you your whole freakin' life and was cheating. Break it off first. Your a scum bag. As far as your boss goes maybe he will forget to take his med and hurt you and teach you a lesson. "To keep your dick in your in relationships"

No. Its your boss's wife that means they are married and you should not even think of it. If she is coming on to you that shows what kind of woman she is. Is that the kind of woman you would be interested in? I would think not.

Well my advice is not to do it.. It would be really weird to have to look at him in the face everyday, knowing what you've done. Your job is on the line here.. Just think twice before you act.. Be careful. Good luck.

If you want to get fired then go for it, but in my opinion I would never do that because you are supposed to be loyal to your boss, but it is your decision so if you do then you will have to pay the consequences.

What should you do? Stop trolling and playing like you're a child with no knowledge or life experience. There are enough "what should I do" questions here already...
...get a (different) hobby.
