His favorite things-sports, video games, and cars lol. If you can talk to a man about those things, he will love you forever haha. It also depends on the guy himself. If you know one of his interests or hobbies, talk about it. Everyone's number one favorite thing to talk about is the themselves, so ask lots of questions!

Something that you know. Don't try to "fake" liking or being interested in something just because you know or think he's into it. One thing that turns a guy off is a girl trying to act like she's interested in "guy stuff".

Find out his interests and talk about that. But be sure to pick one possibly your interested in like "Fishing" or something whatever. Because if your not interested in it and you pretend to be to strike up a conversation he will remember that.
