Fighting Sin is an everyday job until you die. You will fall short, but the problem is, is that when you fall you don't wallow in it, You pick yourself back up, forgive yourself, ask for forgiveness, and move on

The "Seven Deadly Sins" are:
1.Lust
2.Gluttony
3.Greed
4.Laziness
5.Wrath
6.Envy
7.Pride
This list was compiled by the Roman Catholic Church as an explanation for the foundations of sin within the human soul. Any sin you can imagine can find its root in at least one or more of the above attitudes.
Of course we all stumble in many ways. But can you imagine a world, where people aren't motivated by such attitudes as these? Wouldn't it be nice?

As one of the answerers had answered, there is only one deadly sin which God will judge us of: your rejection to Jesus. However, I know you are asking of other sins in our daily life. Before I continue, first you must have faith in the blood of Jesus which has cleansed your sins. Not only your past, also your present and future sins.
Yes, we are not supposed to commit action that is contrary to the laws. That will be sins. There is no way that we can live a sinless life. Even the great man of God like David, Abraham, etc can't. Yet they received so much blessing from God. Why? Because they loved God and were always going after God's heart. Of course, they have to go through all the rituals of lamb sacrifice so on and so forth for their sins for the past year.
However, now, are you still under the law? or are you under the grace of God who sacrifice his son Jesus to died for your sins? We have something that David and Isaiah longed for. That is Jesus. Jesus died on the cross to become our lamb sacrifice once and for all. Look in Romans 8:1 (my favourite verse). Therefore, don't condemn yourself for the sins that you may have committed unconsciously or consciously. As long as you repent with a repentent heart, you are forgiven.
Once you believe right, you live right. Right believing produces right living. Once you believe right in your head, your behaviour will follow suit automatically. Faith comes by hearing. Hear God's words through your pastor, hear God, love him, seek him and you will see your life being transform by His mighty power.

Sounds more like a list of attributes of the god of the old testament to me. Also does a pretty good job of describing many of the o.t. characters who were declared to be righteous. By their fruits you shall know them.

no one ever said that you would be perfect. no one is perfect and God knows that. You live your life one day at a time to the best of our ability and ask God to help you daily. When you do sin just ask for forgiveness and try to keep from doing it again. God knows we aren't perfect and he doesn't expect us to be.

It's a way to control the masses. To keep everyone scared enough to toe a certain line. All manipulation really.

No one is sinless. We all make mistakes.
God already knows this, and He understands. Ask Him about it.

Are you asking how does one live without lust, greed, gluttony, laziness, anger, envy or pride?
Very well I should think.
