Get bananas, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, and orange juice. Put them in a blender. I usually put more strawberries than the other ingredients. And about a cup of orange juice. Blend. You might need to add more orange juice, depending on how much fruit you put in, and how thick you want the smoothie. :)

That is actually a good combination. My mom and I have tried that combination in fact. Just add some yogurt of your choice to combine it all.

One tip though, using frozen fruit works better of you want a colder, icier smoothie. Ice cubes work well with this if you are using fresh fruit. If you don't want this texture, then using fresh fruit and no ice cubes will work better. It all depends how cold you want it and what texture.

Almost any fruit will work though.

Add in some yogurt to bind it all, and some ice to make it smooth, and there you are!

Fresh pineapple and frozen orange juice stack up well with plain yogurt.

I like guava juice, strawberries and yogurt too.

Blueberries, lemon juice and grape juice is fantastic too! No yogurt for that one.

Buy any flavor of fruit juice and add frozen exotic fruit...makes the best smoothies ever! Make sure you don't add too much juice. This is also great for breakfast or after working out.
