Ford has a great site you can use for this. You an spec out all the options you want, see any available discounts/incentives, and view available inventory in your area. And if you want, they will send your request to your local dealer, and they will call/email you.

You can go to their web site and spec out a car, and they will find you one.
When I got the Mustang, I speced it out online and they asked my zip code and what dealer I wanted to use. I told them and the next day I got a call from the dealer and he said e would have the car on the lot in a week. Two days later, I get a call and they say come on in and pick it up. Everything was as ordered, including Goodyear tires, and every option I requested, which was every one they offered. I got to the lot signed the check and picked it up. They had it sitting outside with the top down and ready to go. No problem.
