Seperately created from all other lifeforms, appearing as two fully grown adults as told in the story of Adam and Eve.
Or....
Evolved from a single instance, connected with all life, not only on this planet, but with every other form of life in the universe.
Carl Sagan once said that "Evolution was better science than Genesis" That about says it.

But knowing where you are from can help you know where you are going.
And science is a never-ending search for answers. The knowledge gained is so far is very powerful and awe-inspiring.

I'd rather not be connected with an animal that throws it's own feces around for giggles.

Ah, but what if you combine all the religious practices of the entire world, along with the concept of science and evolution?
You get something like what I have then, and I can tell you it actually explains alot more than any one spiritual path, or science and evolution for that matter.
The only problem is that the more answers you get, the more questions they open up and the more you realise you've still got heaps to learn.

Well i don't think what i "want" matters.
It's what i am.
And i Am an evolved life form.
Our species evolved from an (what is called the missing link) Animal that Is (what is said to be) the father of Both Apes and Humans.

I would rather be connected with all life forms in the universe. Claiming we are seperate and above other life forms leads to arrogance.

Why would I care? I am. Period. How many angels can dance on the head of a pin? Why would I care? I am. Period.
Go and make the world a better place. Get out of your head. Life is not in there.

I am what I am. I do not care what I came from but what I have become.
If we're monkeys, who cares? As long as we have enough heart to keep compassion and do the right thing BECAUSE it is the right thing, not out of fear from divine justice.
