You mean skip solid food and drink only water or liquids?? When I had oral surgery done, I couldn't eat anything solid. All I had was milk, juices and Ensure for about two weeks. I lost about 10 pounds and felt very unhealthy and I couldn't wait to put the weight back. I think it's extremely unhealthy and I **strongly** advice against this type of so-called dieting. In my case it was cause I just couldn't have solids.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Jesssssus what is with people and crash dieting?! This is NOT a good idea. Yes you may very well loose some weight, it won't be fat you'll be loosing though. Plus when you start eating again you're probably going to gain what you lost (if not more since your body is going "oh god they cut us off once! What if they do it again?! Quick stock up!") BAD idea! I can't stress this enough! Just work out, healthily! Don't stress yourself too much! And don't eat a freaking cheese cake by yourself. I mean it's really not that hard to keep from getting fat unless you have a real medical condition (IE thyroid or such) and can't really control it. Crash dieting is stupid. Water diet are STUPID. Anything where you deprive yourself of a healthy meal in the name of "loosing weight" is STUPID.

I know someone very close to me that tried the Lemonade Diet and they did lose weight. If this is the one you are talking about. She used it with a slimmers tea, drank water with Sea Salt and cleanse her whole system. You can get more info here if you really want to try it.

I've never heard of it, but if it involves nothing but water for 10 days....it's A) not healthy....people can live without food for weeks, but that doesn't mean it's good for you, and B) you wouldn't lose fat. You'd lose water and muscle and shrink your internal organs in your bodies attempt to stave off starvation. You'd actually hoarde your fat supply.
