since FEB i lost 20 lbs. im 15yrs 5'10'' eat 1 serving of broccoli and carrots for lunch w/ low fat dressing. eat chicken. dont over eat. small breakfast to get metabolism moving. munch on healthy things throughout the day to keep the metabloism going. miniwheats are good. drink green tea. i dont exercise out of the ordinary. im on the softball team though so thats pretty good exercise 5/7 days a week. Good Luck!!! oh yeah. dont eat any candy/chips/pop!! drink a lot of water!! v8 && V8 Splash is great too for the vitamins and minerals!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

nothing is the fastest way but its not good for you since u need calories to burn and nutrition each day so maybe just eat a lot of fruits and stay away from fastfood
