One solid white, don't want the typical whitey, snowball, etc---the shelter had named it Q-Tip.

The other one is a calico and Callie won't do. Again the shelter had named her Taz.

Since I had to have a hysterectomy when I was 9, I don't have 'human' kids. My cats ARE my children, they are baptized, have birth certificates, buried in a real casket with a real funeral, and in a real HUMAN cemetary that I own.

I've had 2 male cats for the past 19 years. My tabby, MacKenzie Corey passed away August 19, 2005 at the age of 18 and his brother Mookie Wilson (jet black) will be 19 on June 18th if he makes it. They are truly the children of this old 46 year old woman. I'm sure, as always, there will be some on here with silly postings to this question but I am most serious and I thank you ahead of time. God Bless.

Oh, don't worry., I understand, I don't have kids either. I just lost my 20 yr old boy last May and it was heartbreaking!!! Although mine aren't baptized or anything like that. I also just got a pure white female kitten who I named Sophie Lilac. I didn't want the typical "white cat" name either so I just tried to pick a pretty name that I liked. I always give my cats 2 names. Other nams I considered were: Violet, Nellie, Gidget, Mary Poppins. Don't rush into a name, wait until the perfect one comes to you.

I have a solid one!
His name is Monsiur Drago Le Blac
I call him Drago, Draguish , Drags or some time Leh Leh.
If I had another solid white , I may consider:

Madame Agate Le Blanche(female) or Monsieur Amadieu Le Blanc (male)

(Mrs. Agata the white one) or ( Mr. Amadeus the white one)

for the calico , I like Camille or Clement

I think it really depends on their personalities. Unlike human babies, you have some time to think before you get the birth certificates. Have you tried the baby books?

That said, here are a few things that floated into mind: Patchella Marie. Susannah Carousel. (for the patched one).

Marie LeBlanc. Evangelina (for the white one). If they have distinguishing birthmarks, that might help you choose a name, too.

Try looking into the folklore of calico and white cats, too. A good name might suggest itself.

Have fun with your babies while you are searching! (I quite like Taz, but I agree that Q-tip has got to go!)

For Taz, what about Taisa meaning Princess or taffy meaning beloved or Tahlia meaning morning dew. For the one named Q-tip, theres Qiana meaning gracious/ living with grace or Querida meaning beloved or Quintessa meaning essence. I can say a lot more but if none of these took your fancy (i know how hard it is to pick a perfect name) go to this site: http://123-baby-names.com/
I hope this can help you alot. Good Luck in finding those a perfect names for, in your eyes, your children.
