What I do is I very lightly push the contact from my outer corner of my eye toward my nose in a downward C motion and then I pull it out with my thumb and index finger. I never pinched my contacts.

The best way to take them out is to look straight ahead so that you can easily get to the contact lens. With one finger, slide the contact lens a little bit off your eyeball to the side, then try the pinching technique. Be very gentle, though. The real trick is to keep looking straight ahead. This will prevent the contact from moving on your eye while you're trying to take it out.
Good luck.

Try wetting your fingers with contact solution. The stick better to wet fingers than dry. It takes practice to learn how to do it. When I first started wearing them, I didn't think I would ever get the hang of it, putting them in, taking them out. Also, be careful when pinching them. You should slide them out, not pinch.

I put my face down, and place my left hand cupped beneath my eye, then with my free hand, I place the index finger on the outside corner of my eye. I then pull outward on the corner of the eye. The contact automatically pops out and down into my cupped hand. Something about pulling the lower and upper eyelids tight by pulling on the corner causes the lens to pop out.

I pinch.. you can also buy a special cleaning kit for them and it comes with a little suction thing that you place on the contact and take it out. it's about 12 bucks..

so you hold your eye open and pull the contact down and then you pinch it when it is at the bottom of your eye and pull it out. i just got contacts to and my eyes are really sensitive. this doesn't irritate my eyes at all.
