7 ounces pizza dough
1/2 cup canned tomatoes ( recommended: San Marzano), hand crushed
2 ounces buffalo milk mozzarella, sliced
Extra-virgin olive oil, to serve
3 to 4 fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Place a pizza stone on the floor or the lowest rack of your oven. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
Pat the pizza dough into a 12-inch diameter circle and place it on a peel. Spread on the tomatoes and put on the fresh mozzarella. Slide the pizza onto the stone and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. When finished, sprinkle on a few drops of olive oil and garnish with basil leaves.

How are they making the crust? Are they using those 69 cent mix with water packages?? I found these great pre-made crust in Super WalMart, they are sold right by the pasta and pizza supplies (sauce and such) Anyway, they even have a packet of sauce which I mix with some tomato paste and the seasonings we love, spread it on the crust, add the cheese we like and toppings we like and bake away. I turn the pizza 180 degrees in the middle of the cooking time.

Well i make pizza and i go to cooks.com
PIZZA CHEESE OR SAUSAGE
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water (105-115 degrees)
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
2 3/4-3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Mozzarella cheese (big pkg. or piece)
Italian sausage (from Domenicks)
Pizza sauce (Passonelli)
Dash of oregano
Dissolve yeast in warm water in 3 quart bowl. Stir in sugar, oil, salt and 1 cup of flour. Beat until smooth. Mix enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough on lightly floured surface; knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until almost double; about 30 minutes. After it has risen; punch and press dough down on cookie sheet; covering all corner and up sides.
Put as much sausage as desired; (I usually use 2 sausage links). Use any other toppings you want; mushroom, onion, green pepper, pepperoni, etc. Top with cheese or just make cheese pizza. Cook for 12 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

Do it outside on the grill... Use a recipe like wanabe's for the crust and flatten it out into single serving rounds as thick as you like. bake both sides over hot coals until they get nice grill marks, then put your toppings on and close the lid until everything is cooked through and bubbly. Fresh basil and the best mozzarella available is the secret to success when it comes to pies... Try this and you'll never use an oven again.
I always lay out ingredients and my friends all grill their own pizzas to order after I get the crusts perfect. Its a blast.

heres a simple solution, get a ready to make pizza mix such as kraft, follow the instructions to a tee. once you have the dough rolled out put on the spices, sauce and cheese and add whatever toppings you may wish to have. then cook according to directions voila done. it's that simple. if you wish to have a thicker pizza crust add in a bit extre water and all purpose flour dough, mixing throughly this allows it to be thicker.

simple yet yummy way to make pizza* and your parents will be surprised at how good it tastes*
Pita Bread
put spagetti sauce ontop
shredded cheese
and in seperate lil dishes...you can have mushrooms sliced, tomatoes sliced, deli meat-ham or turkey sliced up into chunks, green pepper, onion....whatever anyone wants to have on their own personal pizzas* Each family member can assemble their own pizzas with whatever they want on it.
Put on baking trays...350F preheated oven....for about 8-10min* you will see the cheese melted....
have a bowl of Fresh Garden salad to go with it or make some garlic bread (put some margarine/butter into a bowl, add some garlic powder, mix..spread over buns...put under broiler till golden brown*)
ENJOY*~
