Yes you can.

Go to the Target website and at the "very top" - click on "redcards"

One the next page that loads, go down to - "Manage My REDcard" and click on ENROLL (if you already had enrolled, click on SIGN IN)

Once you are enrolled and signed in to your account, you will see, on the left side of the page, "Payment Information"
Click on "Manage Bank Information" and go from there.........

I'm sure you can pay this online. You might want to get someone on the phone from them and find out of they are reporting high limits yet. On some reports I see, they report a high limit. On others, they don't. Why is this important? Because not reporting limits on credit cards makes it look like you are maxed out and tends to deflate your credit score. Capital one testified before congress in 2003 that they routinely withhold credit limits from credit reporting. Why? To drive down their customers' credit score, thereby preventing the consumer from shopping the market for better rates. More to the point, to create a captive customer base. Credit card companies should not be able to 'game' the free flow of information for higher returns.
