First of all you need to change your way of thinking!

If you are thinking easy or easiest way then you will never lose weight and I have no pity for your situation.

Why not think instead “how do I change my lifestyle in a way that will reflect how I want to look.”

Look how fat people live and avoid their lifestyles and they live the path of least resistance. They live by the creed to avoid anything that requires effort.
I am not saying you do this but on the other hand, it is O.K. to walk or stand. For example, if you were to put several people in a room the first thing they would do is look for a place to sit. It seems our society is afraid of standing, because it is work.
Now think of yourself as an active person and be active and you will lose weight. Push those lazy thoughts out of your head. Most important quit thinking of the easiest path, because that is a dead end street.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
