i seem to have the opposite problem than most.. and every website i enter gives advice about loosing weight! what can i do to gain it

eat more carbs and work out like lifting weights, muscle ways more then fat so when you gain muscle you gain weight and wont even get fat. if you want to gain a lil fat then simply enjoy a lot of sugar :]

Do not eat right before you got to bed. This will only give you a pot belly.
Lift heavy weights, five sets of low repetition. Drink a protein power drink mix prior to a work out and drink a whey protein drink mix afterwards. Additional you only need to hit the gym three to four days a week and once you get to where you want to be you can cut down to two days a week. Occasionally jog or swim to maintain a well rounded healthy look.
I was a very unhealthy skinny teenager. I went into the military and gain thirty pounds of muscle in three months. What did it for me was being physically active all day and eating large quantities.

Seriously, begin an exercise program that will help you build muscle. Eat healthy, well-balanced meals with enough calories for your size, height and the weight you wish to be. Make sure you don't overload on any one food. When I was younger my doctor recommended milkshakes between meals. Today there are products like Ensure. (I wish I had never taken his advice because I never "stopped" gaining and now have the opposite problem. LOL)

Check with your primary care doctor. You can get a referral to a good nutritionist who can give you a well-planned diet.

My suggestions assume you have had a complete physical to ensure you don't have any problems such a thyroid issues or diabetes.

you are lucky!!

i'd recommend: eat big dinner around 8:30-09:00 (depending on what time you sleep..9:00 if you sleep around 10-11)go to bed, wake up 3 hours later, eat a full meal again, then go back to sleep!

wish i could do that.... =D

eat right before you go to bed...i mean eat and then go straight to bed
