Question is: a good man or a good boy ^_^. Joking aside it depends on if your a schoolgirl or in uni or whatever. Workplaces/schools tend to be the best place since you spend a fair amount of time there.
If you dont do any of that try joining a local club or something. Or find someone at your work i find that one to be the best
