There seems to be some disagreement just what a Mortal sin is. Would anyone care to list for me the mortal sins?
Oh and would you mind telling me if it is a mortal sin to be condemned to Hell by a Christian. And if so how many times? I think I am over the limit.

There is no mortal sin in the Bible. All sins are rejected by God. But God loves sinner (repented one and non-repented).

Christian may have different levels of sins (actually there isn't), but that is not important. What matters is, what does bible say? All have sins and fall short the glory of God. And the results of sin is death, but the free give of life is in Jesus.

By the way, Christian cannot condemned u to hell. It is Satan.

When I was a Christian, I was taught the only "unforgiveable" sin (not mortal) was blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.

I think anyone condemning another to Hell is WAY sinful.

As far as know, that "Cathaholics" are the main ones who use the Mortal Sin concept. As far as I know that term is never mentioned in the bible. I believe that to God sin is sin, I don't think he makes distinctions like people do. There is mention of the unpardonable sin, which is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. (I think basically that just means rejecting the Holy Ghost trying to bring you to Christ.)
The way my Gramma always explained it to me when I asked what sin was, was basically anything that separates you from Gods perfect will is sin.
The one that I want to say here is that no matter what sins you believe you've committed, "NONE" of them are too big for the blood of Jesus to wash away. My bible says, that if you will repent and get saved, Jesus washes you clean and God remembers your sins no more. I think that's grand!

I like Paul S's answer, but no - there are no "mortal sins". You are confusing Christians with the "Catholic" portion of Christianity. Catholics believe there are mortal sins. I don't remember what they are (former Catholic), but it is not supported by scripture. There is only one unforgivable sin, and that is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.

Luke 12:10
And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.

blessings :)

Mortal sins are a Catholic doctrine, as opposed to a Protestant one.

Biblically, all sins are egregious in the eyes of God. As it is written: "For the wages of sin is death..." (Romans 6:23a)

it is a shame that a Christian has to sink to that level.
there is only one mortal sin. and that is rejection of God.
but I am sure that God frowns on a lot of our behavior.

to the people who say there is only one kind of sin: try re-reading john 5:16-17.

a mortal sin would be killing someone, planning to kill someone, and carrying it out (murder)

a venial sin would be forgetting its friday and eating meat

All sins are mortal sins unless you have accepted Jesus as your Savior and repented of your sins and then tried your best not to sin again.
