I just got back into it after an enlongated break ( which i shouldnt have done) so im a little rusty seeing as since i last trained was like last summer! :(

Yep, practicing your moves is good. So is just getting out there and *running*, and building your condition back up.

You might also want to search on the phrases "plyometrics" and "jump training" together, just to see if you can't find some new exercises that could boost the power and explosiveness of your jumping.

And if all else fails....see if you can't call up your old buddies, training partners, something, and touch base with the people you know who still do this. They will have answers too.

just continue practicing more and more. start with some simple moves and start going more advanced. over my experience, ive found that if you do not have confidence in doing a move, you wont be able to do it.
