the fact that you heat, cook or boil to death the rice does not mean that the carbs go away. you are still consuming the carb content it just doesn't go away.
you are better eating brown rice or just a bit 1/2 cup or so

If you don't want any carbs, don't eat rice at all. It doesn't matter how you prepare it, you can't get rid of the carb content.
All starchy foods such as potatoes, rice, breads & pasta have carbs.
Keep in mind the body DOES need complex carbs ( & fiber) for to keep healthy. Brown or whole grain rice, whole grain pastas (the do make them), fruits and some veggies have complex carbs. Digestion of complex carbohydrates takes longer. The slow absorption of sugars provides us with a steady supply of energy and limits the amount of sugar converted into fat and stored

If you don't boil the rice, it's rather crunchy. Whether you cook it the proper way on boil it till it's soupy and thickish, it will still have the same amount of carbs.

You cook rice with water.
And it has carbs.
It doesn't matter how much water you put in it.
It still has carbs.
Try low-carb vegetables, spaghetti squash, or low-carb noodles.
Or you could just eat a healthy diet and forget about all the low-carb nonsense.
Unless you're under a doctor's orders to not eat any carbs, don't severely limit ANY food group.
Carbs included.

Boiling the rice to death won't eliminate the carb content. You must eliminate the rice to eliminate the carbs. If you must eat rice.....brown rice is healthier.

You could soak it, that would work. Or, I have a method that never fails and tastes great!
First, make the rice like usual. Add one cup cream (to one cup rice) and let sit over night.
Add two tablespoons sugar and reheat.
Good luck.

you're obviously very mindful of what you put in your body. More people should be like you. Carbos (heavily) can be found in pasta noodles, rice, potatoes, beans, bread. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
