My grandmother always had a bit of psychic ability and since I was a little girl I sometimes (like once or twice a year) have had dreams that come true. I always feel responsible for whatever happens in these dreams because I couldn't stop what happened or help. Now I've moved into a house right next to a cemetary and I have a constant dull headache and I have dreams almost every night about people standing at my bedside and talking to me. I hate this and I want it to stop, but all the books I've looked at about so-called psychic powers only tell you how to make them stronger. Is there any way to turn it off?

Yeh... stop believing in it. But here's a warning. I tried that for many years, and it made me very ill. When we are "chosen", we have spiritual work to do. If we ignore it, run, resist, and generally work at being "against the flow", we tend to have higher risk of illness, mental, physical and spiritual. Just MHO though, based on my own personal experience. Even so, we *do* have a choice, to believe or not to believe is the question.

Since I've stopped resisting, and started my training with my spiritual guides, I've started healing. Amazing grace.

There are only 2 sources for this, because humans do not have it on their own.

One source is the Holy Spirit & the other is a counterfeit spirit from the deceiver.

Spirit filled Christians have authority over the other side & can control it, however the deceiver has no control over the born again believer.
Glory to God in the highest!
Peace to you dear, I'll be praying for you.

The dreams are a coincidence. It happens to everyone.

Sounds like you might be breathing in mold or something which is causing you to hallucinate. Or it's all in your head. Because there's really no such thing. Try consulting a doctor - or moving.

Oh you can repress them, quite easily, but I gotta warn you...IME, doing so only makes them come back with a vengeance eventually. I would stop fighting them and find ways to hone them. Start doing things to help deal with them. Meditation helps. Yoga is great. Try something like that. Trying to turn them off is not going to help. But you can try.

Become a Jehovah's Witness. Get rid of all items in your house that are connected to divination, and pray to God for help. When you see these people standing at your bedside, pray to God, using his name, Jehovah. That should get rid of them.

Try actually writing them down ahead of time. You will figure out that they don't really come true as much as you think.

No. You can't unlearn a truth. You can ignore it, you can avoid developing it, but you can't make it completely go away.... and lay off the pasta before bedtime.

Get drunk first so that way it will automatically be wrong and the ghost will stop coming to you

There's some "anti-psychotic" medications that would tone it out but I wouldn't advise them.
