38.5c or 100-101f. Dogs temperatures can fluctuate, exercise can increase the level. Warmer weather etc. As always with dog bronchitis or even further Kennel cough, veterinarian attention is needed for antibiotics as infection often follows. If your puppy is under veterinary care it will be fine, if not then please take to the vets.

By the way, the person who says around 38 is very likely saying 38C, which would be in the ballpark.
