my arm has been hurting scince yestuday morning and i thought i needed to pop it and i tried but it wouldnt pop then i told my dad and he said to do a push-up pistion and twist my arm then it should pop but it didnt and it still hurt today but its just worse (it hurts on the part of my elbow that ISNT pointy) it hurts A LOT if i have it straight or bent. Why does it hurt ??? what can i do to make it stop hurting????

i really dont no what made it start hurting but it just did i was thinking it was normal cuz my body will hurt a little when i wake up and ijust have to stretch and stuff but that didnt work

Not with a darn x-ray unless there was trauma.

What started it hurting? This is a terrible history of condition.

We need alot more then what you gave to help out. See a Chiropractor if you are going to see a doctor. MD won't help much, only give you some meds thats wont help anything.

Take an aspirin and put some ice on it if that doesnt help I would go get some x-rays done to rule out maybe a fracture

well since you didn't suffer a fall or anything it may not be too serious . so i would suggest you make a sling . keep your arm in that . and apply indirect ice that is ice with something like a tea towel around it . see if that helps

Get to a doctor and get it xrayed. Imflammation and pain need to be addressed.
