i don't know whats going on.
for the past couple months my toes and fingers have been off and on aching and developing red bumps. when i bend my fingers the very top crease of them are sore and they hurt. i have normally low blood pressure and bad circulation to my hands and feet. could that be contributing to it? its only developed recently and has never done it before. anyone know what it is?

Obviously the poor circulation is causing part of your pain. The fact that you have pain when you bend your fingers makes me think that you might have the beginnings of arthritis.

Start taking over the counter arthritis medicines and see if they help. A hot bath every night will help relieve a lot of the soreness and also help with the circulation.

I recommend you do water exercises such as swimming to help increase your circulation. Exercising in water decreases the stress on your joints.

if you do not see an improvement in a few weeks have a checkup with your medical doctor.

if you have any further questions please let me know,
