Worcestshire sauce is great mixed with the meat. I t makes the burgers juicy and gives it some seasoning. You can also add some Grill Mates Mesquite Steak seasoning.

I like to add an envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix in with either 1-1/2 pounds or 2 pounds of hamburger. Gives it a great flavor!

my absolute favorite came from the build a better burger website. Find recipe attached. i don't always do the whole thing with the pesto mayo, etc. But the burger has wonderful flavor with the red wine and sundried tomatoes.
also, try rachael ray's recipes on foodtv website. She is seriously the burger queen.

I mince up onions and put it directly into the raw meat. The onions cook in the burger juices. Add some Worchester sauce, and that sounds pretty good.

I tried this once. I cooked a salisbury steak, put seasoning and worcestershire sauce on it, and turned it into a burger. Yummy! ^_^

I toss in dried onions and Worchestershire... Before that I used to use Lipton's Onion Soup mix, but quit because of the salt level.
Sometimes I just coat them in coarse ground black pepper... if that's not too spicy for you !!
