Search the web for Serif Draw Plus 4.0 I have it, and its pretty cool, you can create costom sizes, and make them into moving icons, etc. I dont remember the page I downloaded it from or I would just give you the link. for AIM icons make the size between 40 - 45pix for it to fit.. I love it. I must have made 30 already.. lol.
