How do you feel when people make assumptions about you because you are tall but only wearing a size 4 or if you are short and wearing a size 8. Do you get fed up of the ignorance that people assume all short people are built a certain way and all tall people are built a certain way?
Like if you are tall and not at least a size 6, then you are deemed anorexic and if you are short and a size 8, people assume this is too big without any regard for build, body shape, fat distribution, muscle mass, etc.
I just find it really ignorant that people assume your body type is so dependant on height. There are short girls with wide hips and big bust and tall girls with narrow hips or small bust. Factors such as width of the pelvic region and bust size has very little if any relevance to height whatsoever.
Why is there this constant need to categorise people and make assumptions about them? How do you deal with such ignorance and start to feel good about your body size and shape?

But seeker, that is absurd. There are plenty of women wearing a size 8 or bigger due to wide hips or big boobs....they have healthy body fat levels, healthy waist size aren't in no way fat.....like I said it's just plain ignorance.
