find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Best diet? No Diet! Please don't even start dieting it starts what they call the yoyo effect! If you're overwieght most likly you need a lifestyle change. I had the same problem. Stay away from T.V. and the sofa! Start a new routine,Walk, play Physical games, just get busy away from the house! But there are other reasons some people gain weight . Check with your Dr.!

Hey there, I'd suggest trying to cut out pastas, sugars and limit your breads. Eat lots of grilled chicken, fish, steamed or raw veggies, and fruits. Here are some low-cal recipe's if your interested, I'm adding quite a few more chicken recipe's over the weekend.

Ride your bike
Running in the morning can help a lot. It boosts your metabolism and it also gives you more energy for the day.
Eat lots of veggies and fruits. ONLY EAT when YOU ARE HUNGRY. Don't eat too late at night. Stay away from sugar.
Chew gum.
