Yes, and be careful because many experts believe that the amount of calcium the government says you need may be overstated by a factor of 2 or 3. Many nutritionists believe you just don't need that much calcium, and that maybe pressure from the dairy industry has something to do with the rediculous amounts of calcium they say you need.

First, your body can't absorb calcium with out Vitamin D.
Second, you can only absorb 500mg per day, any more and your discharge it through waste.
Third, like any good thing too much will be bad, usually ending up as stones in your bladder, kidneys, or liver.

So don't look at the percentages but the actual mg served
