i need like a plan to loose 10 pounds, and i dont need a date to reach is by. i just need to loose 10 pounds by when ever. please! help me!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Eat with smaller bowls and fill the bowls like all the way up. That way your body will think you are eating more than you really are.
Eat at least 3 servings of dairy a day. Your metabolism will increase and your body will be able to burn off more fat.
Don't eat late at night because your body will not have enough time to digest your food you ate for dinner.
Don't eat too much sugar. Your body takes a long time to burn off those before they get to the carbs. Then, your body burns off the fat.
Exercize at least an hour a day. That way your body will build endurance. Run in the morning so you will have more energy throughout the day. Your body will have a quicker metabolism too.
Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. They are low in fat and also great for your body.

ok here every day 10 push ups, 20 crunches, 30 sit ups if u have stairs go up and down them 20 times. eat healthy, mostly fruits lots of water and green tea. and theirs a work out thing on lifetime at 7:00 oclock in the mornin do that and u will lose 20 pounds i promise

atkins diet plan is a good way to lose 10 pounds, or try the grapefruit diet it helped me lose 10lbs in a month, just follow it the way it says and it will work, but dont start any diet if your in poor healthg make sure you are in good health before starting a diet plan. check with a nutrtionist if possible.

well try not eating after 6 p.m.
and watch what you eat. don't eat breads or junk food!!!
do exercises.
