Getting information off of your ChexSystems report is almost impossible. They have a strict time line of 5 years.

Contact ChexSystems and order a copy of your report and try disputing as not mine. This is normally hard to do, because they keep excellent records.

Things on Chex remain for 5 years.

You have a right to dispute anything that is listed on Chex, though as the other poster said, it can be difficult to get them to remove it.

You need to contact your financial institution as well as Chex Systems. It is virtually impossible to get the item "removed". Typically this has to "fall off" after a certain amount of time.
