A cardio only excerise is sometimes not enough. You really should considering adding weight training to your plan. When you start building muscle your body will burn fat. Don't think that you need become very muscluar to acheive this either process in your body. With only moderate weight resistance and many reps it can tone your body and lose inches which is more important than weight number.
You can also try cutting out any carb consumation past 3:00 pm and work out first thing in the morning before your breakfast. This way any calories burned will be taken from your reserve. I would do 30-40 cardio and then 20-30 weight training.
Good luck but you should be happy getting married and enjoy this time. Stop worrying about temporary weight loss. I guarantee you will look beautiful that day regardless of the scale reading.

Try a couple things.
First off, a high-fiber diet could help immensely. It'll improve digestive health and help you lose weight.
Also, eat like 4 small meals a day.
For example:
Breakfast: 3/4 cup All-Bran complete + 1/4 cup skim milk, 3 strawberries
-------120 calories
Lunch: Balance bar + 6 oz fruit juice
-----300 calories
Snack: Low-fat yogurt
----120 calories
Dinner: Grilled chicken salad (with cucumbers) + low fat balsamic vinaigrette
---250-300 calories
and you see that only comes out to about 840 calories, leaving you room for some extra fruit or veggies if you find yourself hungry. This will keep your metabolism high throughout the day, and improve digestive health. Also, drink a couple water bottles a day!
And keep exercising.
Good luck!

Ask the guy that I used at www.myhealthabc.com, I could not lose the last 15 pounds before my wedding and was starting to panick. He is a diet nutritionist and I am sure can help you. I got great advice and the products I used were equally as good. I lost the 15 pounds in seven weeks, it was a lot easier than I expected. He also will advise you on your diet, training and general health. Congratulations for your big day. I hope this helps you, it worked really well for me.

The reason you may not be loosing weight is because by starting to exercise you are getting more muscle mass, and muscles weigh more than fat.
Just continue what you are doing and make sure that those 1200-1400 calories are coming from fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, low fat dairy and a limited amount of whole grains.
Good luck!

reduce the amount of sugar you eat. Sugar makes your body have to work harder to burn off carbs. (Your body burns off sugars first, then simple carbs and then complex carbs.)
Try doing many ab workouts and try not to do running all the time. Running is a good thing for you but you need other exercizes to target certain areas of your body that has fat.
Try running in the morning and eating at least 3 servings of dairy a day. Dairy products help to boost your metabolism.
You might not be eating when your body is actually starving. If you are not hungry DON'T EAT! And try not to eat unless your body has had at least 2 hours to digest. Also, don't eat late at night because your body will not have enough time to digest the food that you ate for dinner. Avoid having mid night snacks and try going to bed earlier like 11 or something.
Eat with smaller bowls and fill the bowls up. Your body will think you are eating more than you really are.

Have you cut your starchy carbs out?? That will help stop any cravings and help the fat to fall off faster.
That is rice, pasta, sweets, potatoes, breads, any sugary products. Of course it includes sweet drinks.
This is a simple "Did you know?" On TV the other day I saw a chef measure out the amout of sugar in a soda, it was 1/3 of a cup... I was dumbfounded. I do not drink sodas. But that is a LOT of sugar in one can.
Good Luck on your weight loss plan and Congratulations on your upcoming marriage.
