It depends if you have to pick them in order.

If they have to be in order (i.e. you have to pick the first number first) the odds of getting the first number correct are still 1 in 10, then the odds of getting the second number are 1 in 9, making the total odds
(1 / 10) x (1 / 9) = 1 / 90 or 1 in 90.

If you can choose the numbers in either order, the odds of getting the first number are 1 in 5 and the odds of getting the second number are still 1 in 9, making the total odds
(1 / 5) x (1 / 9) = 1 / 45 or 1 in 45.

You no I would not say much about odds. You just have to be lucky that is all there is to it,. But you will always notice most of them time anyone who wins is always someone with money.
