this is what i have ate today so far [it is now 4:30 pm]

please tell me how many cals i've eaten today;

5:00 am- cup of coffee [regular milk&sugar]
1:30 pm-bowl of cereal [special K ®ulat milk]
2:45 pm-1 banana
4:10 pm- 1 big apple

& 4 bottles of water [20oz. bottles]






what should i eat for dinner something VERY low in cal&fat and yet i wont be starving the rest of the day
* I was thinking of eating a 6oz. can of tuna with some salad, a kiwi and a tostada. with water..good yes or no???

you will not lose weight by starving yourself - all you lose is muscle and water weight which you will gain back as soon as start eating normal and you will eventually.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Sounds like a good start, but your really not eating enough. You need to eat more calories, enter your info into this BMI calculator and see the # it tells you, stay within 200 of this number.

there are some good low-cal recipe's on this site also, I am adding more recipe's over the weekend.
If your not eating enough calories your body will stop burning the fat and start burning muscle.

for dinner eat a piece of fish or tuna or a piece of chicken breast with salad and some fruits...don't eat 3 hours before you sleep
