Have they actually taught and baptized anyone and sent their membership records to Salt Lake? If the missionaries discover a bunch of people who have been members for 200 centuries, will they owe 2000 years of tithing settlement? Have the 3 Nephites contacted the first presidency and updated them on their missionary progress yet? Do they use flannel board pictures with llamas and tapirs?

So many questions I wanted to ask in seminary...

Good question. I've often wondered if I've ever crossed paths with any of them.

No one knows what or where the three nephites are, but we do know a little about them. We discussed this in seminary a bit one day, I'll relate as much as I can remember.

The three nephites, for one, aren't bound by the same laws that we are. I believe, though you may want to check this with you bishop or seminary teacher, that they are able to pass through the veil and travel wherever they want, just like an angel would be able to, and receive revelation on what it is they do. What they do is not up to them however, I am absolutley positive that they are directed in all they do. For all we know, they could be visting the neighbors next door.

I'm sorry that I don't know more on this subject. I would highly suggest that you talk to your seminary teacher, or bishop or someone else who knows more than me.

I wish you the best of luck in finding your answers.

OMG i LOVE you!! too bad i'm gonna print this out and ask my seminary teacher on monday. he said we're going to be talking about missionary work so ha! this is perfect!!

honestly, in order to believe that the three nephites are still teaching mormonism i'd have to believe in mormonism in the first place. so i'm going say no.

It is entirely likely that the Three Nephites are currently among the lost tribes of Israel, teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Whether they have the Book of Mormon is unknown.

I have heard a lot of Mormon urban legends about them. I have heard that they are not together, but that they are all in different places.
I believe in them. Like I wrote, I only know of urban legends, and my dads stories. You should type Mormon urban legends into a search engine and see what comes up.

Good questions! Personally I think they just go around do good and Helping others... maybe not necessarily teaching and preaching the gospel?

I do believe that they are. In fact, I think one of them played quarterback for BYU last season.

Since they never existed at all, they can hardly still be around.
