LOL!! One too many times. I would scold them and not take them to whatever fun place we were suppose to go. Now they know momma don't play that sh*t and they behave.

Yes. This question gave me a chuckle. My family had been out of church for some time and I decided we needed to go back. Well, one of my teenage sons was not too happy with the idea. I don't remember exactly what he said in the car that triggered it, but I almost cursed him out on our way to church to get saved. It was the strangest thing.

One of my closest friends was having this problem with her kids, so one day we piled them in the car and took off for Seaworld. (We actually planned to go the following week). As we got in, she warned them that if they were bad, they couldn't go. Sure enough, they acted up. So she turned the car around and took them home. They never misbehaved in the car again! (And, yes, we took them to Seaworld the next week).

Yes, on a couple of occasions. Pretty much, what it came down to is we would pull over and I refused to move until they settled down. MY dad, on the other hand, would give us a good swat and get going. More often, tho, he would see a terrifying looking building and tell us Freddy Krueger lived there and if we did not settle down he would drop us off with him (Freddy Krueger).
