but i have an excersize ball if that helps...

I have little claves and nasty big a*** thighs....

PLEASE HELP

oh and if you have any tips feel free to say them :)

(and no i'm NOT eating junk food so dont worry bout food because thats not the point to my question)

there is a great excersice to fix this

It's called a "Plié" (pronounced plee-ay) and "Relevé" two dance positions. If you do this 10 times a day, every other day, your thighs will become more firm.

1. stand up with your heals together, and your legs and feet turned outward. hold your arms our to the side at shoulder level, slightly bending your elbows.
2. keeping your heels on the floor and shoulders down, spine straight, bend your nees over your toes. this is the plié. (go as low as possible w/o lifting your heels)
3. straighten your legs, then rise up to the balls of your feet. this is the releve. balance for three breaths. slowly lower down to your first position. (repeat)

lay down on one side of your body and lift your leg that ISNT on the ground up. do about 30 on each side. if you need more details just email me, ill be glad to help!
