Those 11 year olds are the 12-13 yr old getting pregnant, that have STD's, bad parents, and NO future...If you want to be like them...go ahead start young. NOW if you want to be smart and actually make something of yourself, concentrate on school, work hard, and date when you are 17. PERFECT AGE! Trust me

If by "date" you mean just call each other "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" but just hang out at school, then whenever. You can go on group "dates" whenever your parents feel like it is appropriate. If you mean go out just the two of you as a one-on-one date by yourselves, you should wait until you're in high school. It helps to have a car and be able to drive. It is usually a good idea to have friends along and/or chaperones because of safety until you get a bit older than that.
There are different definitions for "dating" so it is important to know what you mean. Don't feel pressured, just focus on getting to know girls as friends and learn what kinds of things they are in to.

Sixteen is always good. Fifteen is a little better.
But what's a date at 11 years old? - you really think there's going to be sex? It's not impossible, it has happened, but it's very rare. At 11, it's not a date. Hanging out, maybe even some kissing, but it's not a real date.

Ok... it's soooo cute if your in Kindergarten or first... because they just don't even know what they are doing. lol...but when you're in like 4th or 5th, then, no, it's not right. 6th grade isn't even right... it's just stupid!! I mean they don't know what they are doing.... they probably don't even understand the logic. I think about 8th grade, maybe late 7th. I think it's perfect. It's not often that it actually lasts, but... I think it is okay. Good luck with that.... 11 years old? WOW ridiculous... they probably think it's cool or something... it's really not. They just don't get it. I think at LEAST 13 years old, probably 14! Good luck...!

I think when you are 13 that's a good age because you aren't too old or too young. I had my first boyfriend when I was 14 going on 15.

i think that appropriate age to start dating it when are 18 because you can be dating with someone and one they he/she live you what can you it why i think 18 because you will be in college maybe you can find someone who can stay with you for life

10 im 10 and im already going on dates and im no what im doing my ex boyfriend is the most pouplar boy in school he is funny sweet and cute my other ex boyfriend moved to flordia altogether ive been on three dates in my life bowling movies and skatetrack and they were blasts
