If you have a refund coming, nothing at all. Penalties are based on the amount of tax that you owe. If you don't owe, there is no penalty.
If you do owe, you'll be looking at a penalty for late filing and interest and penalties for late payment of tax. A few days of interest won't be a heck of a lot. And if you're in the Northeast, your filing deadline was extended to the 19th due to the storms so if you live there there won't be any penalties.

Nothing if you are due a refund, but if you owe and did not file and pay on the 17th they will charge you a late filing fee and interest for 1 day

If you have a refund coming, you're OK - if you owe there might be a small penalty.
