say a doctor put on your medical records your have aid and it is false what steps do I have to take to have thaat removed

Once it's in the record, I'm afraid, it's there forever, whether right or wrong.

The closest you can come to having it removed is to have a subsequent record indicate that the older record is incorrect, or have the individual creating the erroneous record create a document that clearly indicates that the earlier information is mistaken.

It's about as easy as unsaying something you regret...
