OMMGG how do i fix my casio camera if it is froxzenn?? please please help?

it is the thin exilim camera and they come in red siilver and black. if it is frozen and none of the buttons work what should i do? and the screen is on and the pictures are showing. please id like to fix this. PLeasee

Turn the camera off (if possible), remove the battery, then the memory card. Leave them out for a minute. Then insert them and try it agan.
If the problem persists and it's still under warranty, take / send the camera in for repairs (keep the memory card behind).

Try removing the batteries and replacing them again.
