they want to come in your room cause it is off limits to them,,, invite them in ( with you in there of course ) and let them get a good look and satisfy thier curiosity. Once they see there is nothing so special about brother's room they will find something else to do,,,,,,,,, or... you could be such a sweet brother they just want to hang out with you in which case you are stuck

If you are old enough, ask your parents for a lock on your bedroom door. Promise them that you only want it for when you are not there so that no one (your sisters) can come in and mess up your room. Explain that you tried being reasonable and asking them to respect you, but it didn't work, so can you please have a lock? They are like $10 at most at WalMart. Offer to buy one yourself out of allowance or babysitting money or something if you need to.

Replace the door handle with one that has a lock and key. This will keep them out unless they know how to pick locks.

You could put everything you have in their room, then they wouldn't have a reason to snoop in your room. I'm serious.
