If you want to play poker, Turning Stone Casino in Verona, New York.
Downside: middle of nowhere

DEFINITELY Turningstone (exit 33 or so off of I-90 in upstate New York). The whole casino is alcohol free, and they have everything, including a very nice resort (I recommend the Tower - poker discount will get you a room for $80 a night there), and a very nice poker room (50 or so tables with just about every game you could want 24/7).
I have been to the Hard Rock in FL, and it's nothing compared to Turningstone. I'm from MA, and I used to go to Turningstone with my GF who was under 21 for a few days at a time. I even liked Turningstone better than Foxwoods.
