laughter is healthy, so tickling can't really cause any "trauma". heart attack is possible, but HIGHLY unlikely. if someone DID have a heart attack from being tickled, their heart would have to be in really poor condition in the first place, meaning that they would have had the heart attack some time soon anyways. other than that, no, it's not possible to kill someone from tickling. at worst they would faint from not being able to breathe properly, but once they had fainted they wouldn't be ticklish anymore and would resume breathing.

The only ways that I can see tickling being lethal is if the person being tickled has a major heart condition or bad asthma.

If those symptoms are not present then the most likely outcome from tickling somebody until they can't breath is that they could fall unconscious.

That said, tickling should ALWAYS be consensual and the tickler should always respect the ticklee's feelings, emotions, desires and limits.

Tickling is abuse when it is used against a person who is unable to defend themselves and they clearly want the tickler to stop.
