I want something that represents my loves- my faith and music. I don't want anything cliche though. I want a design thats unique and beautiful, but that also gets want i'm wanting across without people asking what it means. I'm looking for something to go either on my calf, ankle or lower back. I already have a tattoo on my right shoulder.
Basically I just don't know anyone to go to who can design this for me, so if anyone knows someone who could help me out, that would be great.

Ask around to try and find a really good tattoo artist. If or When you find one you click with, you could explain what you want, and tell him everything you just told us. He or She can draw up a few designs for you, or even with you to get an idea of what you want.
They are artists after all, and finding one with a background in general art, not just tattooing, is a major bonus!

The same thing i told my mom is what i will tell you. when you want something specific and original first find a tattoo place that is good. And if the minimum is high, well good tattoos aren't cheap so that could be a good sign. some artists will charge 30 to 50 bucks for this but you can get exactly what you want in the end. make an appointment and you two can draw it out together, you can tell them exaclty what you want or don't want. plus it is good to get to know the person who tattoos you!!!

My son's dad designs tattoo's for people. He is not a tattoo artist, but he is a graphic art major. He does incredible work, and has never had a complaint. Seeing that you already have one tattoo, you probably already have a tattoo artist in mind for the most part... People usually just tell him what they want and he makes it happen. Then they just take it to their artist to do the finished product. He doesn't realize how talented he is, and he really just wants exposure, so he does it for super-cheap. The best person to do it is the tattoo artist..you just tell them your ideas and they will sit down with you and put out some ideas and designs for you to approve before they do it.

the best person you could contact is a custom tattoo artist. they are skilled at taking pictures or just descriptions and making it into a one of a kind design specifically tailored to the customers needs. research custom tattoo artists in your area and go from there. my artist does only custom tattoos and i have never been disappointed.

I think it would look gorgeous there! I really like the colors that are in the photo but being a bright red or pink I think would look good on the skin. I would go with that picture I think its great.

you should check on deviantart.com...they have a lot of tatoo designs on there and they probably have something like what youre looking for...hope this helps =]
