I would suggest speaking God's name aloud. Demons do not like hearing his name because they know he will soon destroy them all and that he is much more powerful than they are. If you have an original King James Bible, you can find his name at Psalm 83:18.

Say a prayer and ask God to protect the structure.

The only thing I know is to have a parish priest (Catholic) come to the home and Bless it.
