I would think the cooper would be faster, especially with the supercharger. It is built more for speed and handling while the Yaris is geared more toward a first teen car with gas efficiency, safety, etc.

mini cooper is actually buit for racing from its engineering. The yaris on the other hand can be but it is more of a family or first car type.

If you're talking no mods on either, the cooper has the yaris beat in acceleration easily.
If your talking purely on the stand point of fuel economy, I think the yaris will do better there.

the yaris has like 8hp . you cant even compare a mini to a yaris they are both diff classes of cars dude. mini hands down on this one

Yaris' are a snooze 0-60 in 10.8 seconds. the cooper is 0-60: 8.9 seconds with the 1,598cc engine and manual tranny
