Just so you know I always say fine.

Made a bumper sticker and put it on my truck!
It says--- People who talk on cell phones while driving,
Deserve to horrible death they have!

Not sure why but people don't seem to like it!

The bumper sticker doesn't reflect the way I think, Its a brutal warning, Talking on a cell phone while driving is as bad as driving drunk!

obviously u are not fine! u are twisted up in the world of nothing but evil and trying to bring people down. People try to start talking to u to save ur soul, but u don't anser with more than one word. people don't really want to know, beacuse they just don't about u! that is a horrible bumper sticker and should be taken off. May u obey my council. Jesus help u.

Not all who talk on cell phones are dangerous while driving. There are those who are able to pay attention to the road. Perhaps the most dangerous act is in dialing. My phone is capable of dialing by voice. Too, my pone has a hands-free feature.

As far as people asking how things are going, that's simply a formality that is used for greeting purposes, and has been for centuries.

I think most do out of polite courtesy, but if you would like them to stop begin telling them how you really are every time they ask. :P I have a feeling you will see alot of 180's each time you approach.

I don't think I would like seeing your bumper sticker too much either. Although I saw one yesterday that said
'Why is the south so windy? Because the north sucks'
It made me laugh. But that one is really not appropriate either.

Q 1: It's courtesy
Q 2: Becuase it is them that it's talking about. I'm not sure about you but I wouldn't exatly like to be told that I deserved a horrible death...

it is one of those old phrases that has become a 'polite' custom... i agree to an extent... if you don't want to know don't ask me and then not listen...... it is the same as saying have a good day when you could really care less.... but remember some people actually mean it so don't take it out on the ones who do

Believe it or not some of us that ask that really do want to know. If the answer is" not good " then we ask how can I help.
There are a lot of us out there.
